We are currently looking for additional volunteers to support our work across the Country to support those who are bereaved, lonely or just need someone to talk to.

TRUSTEES
TRUSTEES NEEDED
As part of the continued growth and development of Veterans Bereavement Support across the UK, we are in the process of being registered as a Community Interest Organisation with the Charity Commission.
This is a significant and much needed step forward and we are looking for people from backgrounds in the military, church and wider community to join us as trustees.
The role isn’t onerous, we will meet online every other month to discuss any matters arising and have input into the service plan that we are creating and ways of raising awareness of our services across the UK.
Standard Bearer
We are looking for an experienced standard bearer in Southern England, to take our Union Jack Standard to Veterans Funerals. Mileage allocated as needed.

Counsellors/Listeners
We are looking for experienced Counsellors and Listeners to support our work with the bereaved. This is a voluntary role and will be telephone support for the time being

Fundraisers
We need to raise funds to support our work with the bereaved, lonely and isolated Veterans and their families across the UK. We have no paid managers and all monies raised is used to support those in greatest need, train volunteers and expand our services.
